Potato-Cauliflower Side dish...

A Simple Potato CauliFlower Side dish
A simple snack at 10,or a good curry for nan or roti....
Even add some of this in noodles and try.........

Ingredients..
Potato 2-3 medium sized without removing skin
Cauli flower 1 medium sized
Curry leaves,Mustard and red chills....
Masala Powder (Egg Or Meat Masala Preffered....)
Oil
Salt For taste....

Added Advantage......
Make It More Healthy By Adding Carrots,Cabbage,And similar Hard vegetables....
Add Ginger to counter the Health problems of Potato....

Make It...
1)Cut the vegetables into small pieces(like a 5-10mm cubes..,Cut cauli flower to size of ear buds)
2) Put some oil in Thick bottomed pan and add Mustard seeds when the oil starts smoking..
3)When all the mustard seeds crack,Add curry leaves,chilles Potatos and salt....
4)Fry till the skin of potatos starts peeling off....
5)Add the rest of Vegetables,Water and Masala and boil it for 10 min under low flame...
6)Ready...........


*This is good when the vegetables are not fully boiled.
*Adding salt when frying makes vegetables get well fried.....
